Findings of the 2024 Pedestrian and Bike Study have been released!

The results are in! In 2024, the second UL Lafayette Pedestrian and Bike Study was conducted late in 2024 to gain a better understanding of how people move around the edges of campus by foot or bicycle. The areas of study included intersections and mid-blocks along Johnston Street and University Avenue adjacent to campus. This study will help us make informed decisions and supports the 2023 Quality of Life Survey where students ranked Public Transportation, Roads & Traffic, Bike Paths, and Sidewalks as Fair - Poor.

View the Pedestrian and Bike Study webpage for the findings of the 2022 and 2024 studies.
