"IRS Classification - Chartered in 1957, the UL Lafayette Foundation is classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. As such, donations to the UL Lafayette Foundation are tax-deductible, to the extent allowed by law. The UL Lafayette Foundation is eligible to receive donations from Donor Advised Funds."
