Request a Sustainability Tour or Class Visit

Sustainability Tour of Campus

Students, faculty, and staff are invited to visit sites across campus where innovation is at work. See first-hand how our University is committed to being a living laboratory and visit green infrastructure projects (permeable pavement, rain gardens, bioswales), pollinator habitats, urban cajun prairies, special heritage trees, community gardens, various recycling options, and more!

To request a tour for your class or office, please fill out the Sustainability Tour Request Form at the bottom of the page. If you have any questions, please email Jonathan Brown.

If you would like to tour UL Lafayette's Louisiana Solar Energy Lab please email Terry Chambers with the Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Energy Center.

Sustainability Class Visit

Instructors, if you would like staff members from the Office of Sustainability to come talk to your class about sustainability please fill out the form below.  The Office of Sustainability can present a short presentation for 15 minutes, a long presentation for a full class period, or present for 15 minutes and then take your class for a guided Sustainability Tour around campus.

Sustainability visits are also available for Student Organizations.
