Ink and Toner Request Form
Request Ink and Toner for your Office or Department
Do you need ink / toner for your office printer? You can now request ink from the inventory of donated ink / toner by putting in a request in the Ink and Toner Request Form below. If you would like to pick the requested ink / toner up at our office we ask that you fill out the form to let us know what you are requesting and then you can pick up your ink / toner up at 1606 Johnston St. Lafayette, LA 70503, otherwise please fill out the location you would like the ink / toner delivered to. This service is only available at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Unused ink / toner can be donated to the Office of Sustainability to redistribute. If you have ink / toner that is not compatable with your office printer please fill out the Ink and Toner Recycle Request Form and specify that you have "New" ink / toner to donate so that can be redistributed somewhere else on campus. This is a waste reduction strategy that keeps ink / toner out of the landfill and is economically beneficial to the University.
